Director of HR Technology
A company is looking for a Director of HR Technology specializing in Oracle Journeys Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Drive the implementation and compliance of the governance framework for Journeys initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and prioritize the technology roadmap
Advocate for end users by developing a deep understanding of their needs and driving value through enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or product management
8+ years of experience in product management and/or technology program management
Proven experience configuring SAAS solutions, specifically Journeys and Oracle HCM
Strong understanding of databases and supporting systems
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project/scrum teams
