Key Responsibilities
Develop strategy for building enterprise leader capability through innovative learning methods
Lead team in creating and measuring high complexity learning solutions, including workshops and digital platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor learning solutions to specific departmental needs and drive alignment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or learning fields
Advanced skills in learning & development, facilitation, and executive presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork
