Revenue Operations CRM Lead
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and launch new workflows and automations to enhance sales effectiveness and service quality
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track CRM usage and business performance
Manage HubSpot user accounts, permissions, and security settings, while troubleshooting CRM issues across departments
Required Qualifications
Experience as a CRM administrator or operator in a high-volume B2C environment
Familiarity with HubSpot's SalesHub, ServiceHub, and MarketingHub
Ability to build workflows and automations for sales and customer interactions
Technical skills to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
