A company is looking for a Director of Payer Contracting, responsible for developing and executing strategies for payer and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develops and executes strategic long-range planning for contracted payors and product participation Evaluates and recommends business development and expansion opportunities within assigned territories Negotiates contracts and ensures compliance with company standards and market regulations Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in managed care contracting Extensive understanding of clinic financials and operational processes Proven strategic leadership skills and business acumen 3+ years of experience leading healthcare negotiations and strategy (preferred) Knowledge of Washington/Oregon market managed care experience (preferred)
