Key Responsibilities
Lead human resources strategy and operations to enhance organizational effectiveness and workplace culture
Oversee full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
Optimize operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR generalist experience, including strategic partnership and advising senior leadership
Experience in developing and applying diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) best practices
Strong technology skills with experience in HR information systems and related software
Ability to design, implement, and train employees on HR policies and programs
Availability for East Coast hours and occasional travel to Washington, D.C
