Director of Revenue Cycle

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle / Chief Revenue Officer. Key Responsibilities Oversees coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, and reimbursement processes Leads and manages revenue cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation Collaborates with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required Minimum of 10 years of revenue cycle management experience, with at least 7 years in medical billing Experience with EPIC strongly preferred; orthopedic or surgical practice experience is a plus Extensive experience in negotiating and managing Managed Care Contracts required Flexibility in schedule and occasional travel as needed
