Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing Renewals, Partner, or Customer Success teams, preferably in cybersecurity
Proven success in building Customer or Partner Success teams and defining best practices
Strong leadership and performance management skills
Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance partner satisfaction and revenue growth
