Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and governance of sales systems, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities
Oversee data integration processes and collaborate on maintaining customer data integrity
Facilitate cross-department collaboration and manage change initiatives related to sales systems
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales operations or systems management
3+ years in a leadership or project management role overseeing CRM or sales systems
Experience with ERP, PIM, and customer data systems in a B2B environment preferred
Strong understanding of sales processes and system interdependencies
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
