A company is looking for a Director, Go-To-Market Training and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement structured onboarding programs for the Sales & Success team
Develop and execute a strategic training roadmap for new product launches and ongoing training
Establish cross-functional communication strategies to ensure alignment across GTM teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years' experience in teaching, education, or curriculum sales
7+ years' experience in leading sales training design and facilitation
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with e-learning platforms such as Canvas is a plus
