District Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own the success of strategic partner school districts from onboarding to renewal
Identify growth opportunities and initiate strategic conversations to expand resource adoption
Develop expertise in products to provide exceptional support and maintain communication with district leaders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management in K-12 supplemental curriculum
Experience in education or as an administrator is a plus
Knowledge of the K-12 landscape, including curriculum and educational trends
Experience with software implementations in K-12 settings
Proficient in managing pipeline in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
