DME Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a DME Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and direct incoming requests for DME items/services via phone, fax, and electronic referrals
Assist patients and caregivers with inquiries about establishing services and troubleshoot common issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses to patient needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of customer service experience required
Preferred: 1 year of experience in a healthcare or DME setting
Ability to work independently while following established protocols
Adept in Microsoft Office suite
