A company is looking for a Document Control Specialist to manage documentation processes remotely. Key Responsibilities Process Change Orders (COs) using the PLM with high accuracy and compliance Collaborate with Change Order initiators to ensure document accuracy and approval assignments Coordinate data input and maintenance of approved CO and project data, ensuring synchronization with suppliers Required Qualifications Experience with document review and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Ability to maintain inspection readiness of document control processes Experience in coordinating document transfers between suppliers Understanding of company procedures related to document format and control
