A company is looking for a Statistical Analyst II to perform psychometric analysis and technical reporting using large datasets. Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop code for analysis required for projects Develop logic in programs to ensure data quality and apply formulas for psychometric analysis Document programming procedures and assist with quality control of data analysis results Required Qualifications Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field 5 years of statistical analysis experience, including 1 year of psychometric programming experience preferred Proficiency in R; experience in R Markdown is a plus Familiarity with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills with new software applications
