A company is looking for a Draw Administrator responsible for managing draw administration and tasks associated with construction and renovation loan administration. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the residential construction and renovation loan disbursement process Review construction contracts and renovation bids while ensuring compliance with project budgets Communicate with contractors, borrowers, and loan originators regarding construction draw statuses Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 5 years of mortgage residential real estate or construction lending experience, preferred Knowledge of Encompass and Land Gorilla Construction Loan Manager, preferred Familiarity with obtaining required state/county/city permit/license requirements Proficient math and analytical skills
