Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning programs while managing multiple projects and timelines
Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and conduct discovery activities to identify performance gaps and learning needs
Establish measurement plans to ensure effective program implementation and collaborate with the delivery team for program hand-off
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or relevant certificates preferred
8+ years of experience in corporate Instructional Design or a related role
Proven experience in designing interactive eLearning programs with measurable outcomes
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and understanding of accessibility standards
Strong portfolio demonstrating previous eLearning design work is required for the interview
