Key Responsibilities Lead the development of program roadmaps for multilingual customer experiences and solution implementation Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver excellent multilingual experiences Conduct research and analysis on multilingual practices and regulatory expectations to influence roadmaps Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, data science, computer science, engineering, product management, or a related field 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services in marketing, product management, user experience design, and/or program management Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Experience with translation technologies and practices is a plus Proven track record of delivering collaborative projects in an Agile environment
