Employee Relations Consultant
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to support and guide management on employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities Provide support to management on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions Offer coaching and conflict resolution to management and employees Track trends and make recommendations for HR improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience Five or more years of relevant work experience HR Generalist experience in a service-related industry preferred PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred Expertise in current employment laws and regulations
