Employee Relations Director
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Director (REMOTE - US).
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support Business Leaders and HR Leaders in resolving employee behavior and performance issues, including conducting internal investigations
Evaluate and analyze employee situations, ensuring compliance with company policies and business needs
Develop and manage Employee Relations programs while promoting a culture of fair treatment and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines
Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations with proven ability to influence management
Experience in a technology company is preferred
College degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
