Employee Relations Program Manager
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Consults and advises HR teams and leadership on employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance
Researches and identifies organizational trends in employee relations, partnering with HR teams to implement recommendations
Facilitates organizational change at the team level and maintains dashboards for reporting and data analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 7 years of General Human Resources experience, including employee relations at an exempt level
Experience in a shared services organization is preferred
Certifications such as Certified Professional Human Resources or SHRM Senior Certified Professional are preferred
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and employee & labor relations
