Key Responsibilities
Support and promote change management and departmental initiatives
Ensure departmental quality and service standards are met
Maintain accurate member records and determine eligibility for benefit elections
Required Qualifications
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
No prior experience required
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
