Employee Services Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor Employee Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team handling customer complaints and ensure efficient call center operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support contact center management and monitor performance metrics
Provide training and support to staff, serve as a point of contact for escalations, and lead process audits
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
Four (4) years or more experience in HR operations required
Three (3) years or more managerial experience required
Experience developing and implementing processes and systems required
