Enablement Coach
A company is looking for an Enablement Coach to enhance the effectiveness of customer-facing teams through coaching and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time coaching and feedback during sales calls and conduct hands-on workshops
Advise on pipeline management and use sales tools to track performance and identify gaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product messaging and business objectives
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of direct sales experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales, with at least 8 years in a coaching or enablement role
Experience using sales intelligence tools to drive data-driven coaching
Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop actionable coaching strategies
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
Proven track record in engaging and influencing diverse audiences
