Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist utility customers with energy efficiency programs and services
Provide customer service, schedule visits, and offer tech support through various platforms
Navigate multiple support scripts and manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Strong sales orientation with a customer service focus
Ability to work in a structured environment with set schedules
