A company is looking for an Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract top talent in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in high-volume recruiting and full life-cycle recruiting processes
Ability to handle sensitive information and adapt to new recruiting techniques
Solid experience in recruiting for Engineering fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Computer Science
Proficiency in using online databases and applicant tracking systems
