Licensed Executive Resolution Specialist
A company is looking for an Executive Response Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive escalations and incident management by investigating and resolving customer concerns across various channels
Track and log issues in multiple systems for reporting purposes and propose settlement agreements as needed
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding escalated concerns and ongoing status updates
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Two or more years of experience in business analysis, research, or related fields
Two or more years of experience in business writing
Two or more years of experience in Consumer Relations or Team Lead experience in Operations with customer escalation experience
Must obtain a license after training, with training costs covered
