A company is looking for an Enterprise Technology Training Manager to develop and implement training programs for employees' technical skills. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive training programs to support organizational technology initiatives Manage multiple learning initiatives and assess training needs to identify skill gaps Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and support change management initiatives Qualifications, Training, and Education A degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a technology-related field Previous experience with CRM Training, with Salesforce or D365 being a plus Strong understanding of technology, systems, and current learning and development methodologies Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs, including knowledge of adult learning principles
