Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for the Hospital Billing application, overseeing system design, build, and testing Coordinate and facilitate solutions for issues related to the Resolute Professional Billing application Collaborate with operations and finance to develop and maintain workflows related to billing office functions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Epic Certified in Hospital Billing (HB) Three to five years of experience in contracts Preferred certifications in Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, and Hospital Billing Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows Experience in leading projects and assessing Revenue Cycle workflows and project needs
