Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize charge capture workflows across departments to ensure accurate clinical documentation aligns with revenue generation Collaborate with Epic analysts to design and revise workflows, ensuring proper use of charge triggers and related functionalities Conduct revenue integrity audits and data analysis to identify and address claim denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage Required Qualifications 5+ years in an Epic Revenue Integrity leadership position Certification in at least one of Epic's revenue cycle applications, with hands-on experience in HB/PB charging Deep understanding of the revenue cycle and strategies to prevent lost revenue Strong project management skills Ability to bridge technical configuration with operational needs
