A company is looking for an Escrow Officer to manage real estate transactions remotely. Key Responsibilities Completes real estate escrow transactions by preparing and reviewing closing documents and disbursing funds Acts as a liaison between parties involved in transactions and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Establishes and manages escrow accounts, including maintaining records and balancing funds during closings Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of related experience, preferably handling escrow transactions Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state Familiarity with standard concepts and practices in the escrow/title industry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
