HR Generalist - Field Support
A company is looking for an HR Generalist, Field Support.
Key Responsibilities
Support resolution of escalated HR issues and ensure compliance with policies
Assist field leadership with performance management and workforce planning
Maintain documentation of employee relations cases and monitor compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, particularly in retail employee relations
Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and case management tools
Experience in developing and maintaining HR SOPs and documentation
