A company is looking for an Executive Director of Customer Success for Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHC).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers' operational leadership, creating personalized success plans aligned with their business goals
Mitigate attrition risk by addressing customer issues, advocating for product enhancements, and ensuring resource utilization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience
3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle, electronic health records, or commercial insurance
3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Service leadership
Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
