A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Real Estate - Facilities Management & Construction. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 8-10 Facilities Managers overseeing approximately 1 million square feet each Plan and manage capital projects and facilities management processes Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets while conducting KPI/trend report reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience 15+ years of experience in facilities and construction management, with at least 5 years in the telecom industry preferred FM or PM certification preferred (IFMA, BOMA, PM or other certification) Technical knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, energy management) Experience managing remote teams and vendor/contract negotiations
