Key Responsibilities Manage projects and serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring compliance with project scope and timelines Collect, interpret, and document specifications for software applications, and coordinate testing and training for system users Develop and implement operational plans for business computer applications and assist in improving departmental strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 5 years of business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems development and testing Epic certification in Grand Central and/or Prelude is preferred Experience in Epic system build, configuration, and troubleshooting within patient access or revenue cycle operations Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards related to patient registration and eligibility verification
