A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager - US Federal. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain the authoritative repository of prioritized product requirements for the Federal vertical Orchestrate regular interlocks across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams Build systems to capture, analyze, and report on product data that drives strategic decisions Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a program management or operations role, preferably within a technology or product-focused environment 4+ years of project management experience using software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Must possess a valid and active TS/SCI with CI POLY security clearance Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HRMS, Financials, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field Prior knowledge of Federal government procurement processes and compliance requirements is highly desired
