Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead Supervisors and Technicians in Field Service Operations, focusing on coaching and performance management
Drive service excellence through internal teams and third-party vendors, maintaining operational metrics and proposing solutions
Analyze operational issues and implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree required
3+ years of experience in field services, service operations, or related fields
3+ years of effective people leadership experience
Proven experience in business process engineering using methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
Strong statistical and analytical skills
