Financial Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing and compliance Monitor daily cash flow and assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing processes Lead and develop the AP/AR team while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; relevant certification or equivalent experience preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Familiarity with basic accounting principles and cash management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn specific software systems Experience in a nonprofit environment and/or public accounting is a plus
