Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email regarding annuity products and services Research and provide status updates on policy provisions, errors, and application discrepancies Educate Financial Service Representatives on market requirements and annuity products Required Qualifications High School diploma 1-2 years of customer service experience Ability to work flexible shifts during operational hours Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 90 days of hire Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to exceptional care
