First Notice of Loss Representative
A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss and Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting losses or seeking updates on claims Gather relevant information and provide guidance on the claims process Ensure all FNOL and claim status processes adhere to company policies and regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus) At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and claims processes is a plus
