Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, implementing best practices in financial management Deliver financial statements, budgets, and reports while managing day-to-day finance operations and cash flow analysis Support investor relations and banking relationships by delivering reports and managing compliance with financial regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field required; master's degree preferred CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certification strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Experience with eCommerce-based businesses and managing financial risks Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
