Fraud Community Manager
A company is looking for a Fraud Product and Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the online community
Conduct market research and user interviews to understand the needs of financial fraud professionals
Lead end-to-end community development and serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Product Management is a plus
5+ years of experience building and scaling digital content and community products
Extensive experience with online professional communities
Deep understanding of community engagement strategies and content management systems
Familiarity with banking operations and fraud detection methodologies is preferred
