Georgia Licensed Architectural Historian
A company is looking for an Architectural Historian to join their Cultural Resources group.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct historic resource field surveys and background research on historic resources
Evaluate historic resources for the National Register of Historic Places and assess project-related effects
Prepare technical reports and maintain project schedules while serving as the point of contact for historic resources
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in History, Architectural History, Historic Preservation, or a closely related field
4+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Historian, including conducting surveys and technical writing
Must meet the Secretary of the Interior's Qualification Standards as an Architectural Historian or Historian
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company policy
Knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act
