Global Recruitment Consultant
A company is looking for a Global Recruiter for a short-term engagement of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring closure
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal HR departments
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and strategic roles while assisting with candidate sourcing efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably for technical roles
Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience screening and identifying highly qualified talent through resumes and interviews
Demonstrated experience conducting behavioral interviews
