A company is looking for a Global Strategic Consultant to support sales on strategic customer engagements. Key Responsibilities Support sales with consulting engagements focused on solving business issues and transforming a customer's organization Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute business strategies for large enterprise opportunities Deliver customized demonstrations and value propositions while designing and delivering Proof of Concepts and Pilots Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience 10+ years of Workforce Engagement/Workforce Optimization experience, including 7+ years with relevant solutions Experience with at least three of the following products: Workforce Management, Quality Management, Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and Machine Learning Broad knowledge of Workforce Optimization solutions or relevant industry experience Ability to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously
