Key Responsibilities
Oversee the integration of training offerings into Workday and manage the migration of information from external vendors
Forecast training demand and collaborate with Learning Business Partners for quarterly planning
Coordinate learning events, track assessments, and provide insights for education strategy decisions
Required Qualifications and Education
3-5 years of experience in learning and training development/execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast learning trends
Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude towards customers and employees
Ability to create executive-level presentations and communications
Experience working productively in a team environment
