A company is looking for a GPS Innovation Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Handle guest inquiries and concerns, providing resolutions and support Assist with PBX services and special projects related to hotel operations Triage multiple pilots and manage overflow for Guest Services as needed Required Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months experience in GESA or hotel environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with at least 2 years of experience Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, HotSOS, Zello, and Zingle preferred Schedule flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
