A company is looking for a Grievance & Appeals Specialist II (Dental). Key Responsibilities Review and validate dental appeals submitted by providers Prepare appeals for clinical review and document outcomes in the system Process various types of appeals and resolve them within regulatory timeframes Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred Minimum of two years of healthcare customer service, claims, compliance, or related experience required Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
