A company is looking for an HCC Coding Quality Auditor. Key Responsibilities Review the accuracy of HCC coded records and ensure compliance with Medicare and ICD-10-CM guidelines Support findings in a manner that aids coders in identifying and learning from errors Maintain a quality score of 95% or higher while adhering to privacy and security regulations Required Qualifications Certification through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CRC, CCS, or CCS-P) is mandatory Minimum of 3 years of HCC coding experience, with at least 2 years in auditing Experience with EMRs, billing systems, and abstraction platforms is required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet and current coding materials
