Key Responsibilities
Build and own the go-to-market strategy for mid-market targeting, segmentation, and messaging
Design AI-led customer journeys and partner with Sales to embed AI adoption into core account motions
Build frameworks and tooling for scalable AI conversations and coordinate with Marketing and Product Management
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM, or Product Strategy in tech/SaaS
Proven track record of driving GenAI product adoption in customer-facing roles
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical mindset with experience in building scalable dashboards
Bias for action and outcomes, thriving in fast-paced environments
