Head of Commercial Learning Development
A company is looking for a Head of Commercial Learning & Development for North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the NAM L&D strategy aligned with business goals
Lead the design and execution of training programs, including onboarding and leadership development
Define KPIs to assess program effectiveness and promote a learning culture
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a commercial leadership role
Proven success in designing and implementing sales training programs
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience with CRM tools and understanding of go-to-market models
