Key Responsibilities Lead and expand a team of Data Solutions professionals, improving implementation strategies for scalability Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership team to enhance processes and tools for customer implementations Engage directly in client implementations to gain familiarity with team operations and ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in running SaaS implementations 3+ years of experience with SaaS finance data, particularly in revenue, invoicing, and ARR analytics 3+ years of experience managing teams of more than 5 people Deep understanding of software product development processes Familiarity with GLs, CRMs, and payment processing software is a plus
